Joey’S Song
Joey’s Song fights epilepsy with music in memory of Joseph Gomoll. This non-profit foundation uses music events as their primary fundraising vehicle. Each year, they host a benefit concert that features multi-platinum recording artists and Grammy award winners. Blueprint supported this event with logistics & vendor recruitment, volunteers, silent auction, transportation, and day of support.

Summit Fest
Turning the Mallard Stadium into a full-blown family festival? Challenge accepted. We teamed up with the incredible folks at Summit Credit Union and the Mallards to bring Summit Fest to life – complete with face painting, a petting zoo, an obstacle course, classic ballpark eats, cupcakes with prizes, and some great live music. From concept to execution, every detail was planned with one goal in mind: host a successful annual meeting while creating a day of appreciation for Summit Credit Union members.

BetterLife - May Board Meeting
BetterLife hosted their May Board Meeting in Wausau, WI—Blueprint coordinated the event logistics, from hotel accommodations to event space and multiple board dinners. The visit also included a service project at Acorn Hill in Mosinee, WI. While Blueprint did not plan this portion, the board members had the opportunity to play games with residents and get their hands dirty building and planting garden beds. Grateful to support meaningful gatherings that make a real impact—both in the boardroom and the community.

Business Walk
A Business Walk is an economic development initiative that, in a short amount of time, allows local leaders to get the pulse of how a business community is doing. The information gathered is then used to help advocate for the business community as a whole and is also used by economic professionals to identify which businesses require further outreach. On June 3, we hosted the 2025 City of Madison Business Walk supporting the city’s Southwest and Southeast area plans. In total, 65 volunteer business and civic leaders visited 382 businesses in three hours, of which 261 agreed to have conversations with us.
