2022 was a very exciting year for Blueprint Events. We took on new clients, new projects, and Erin even expanded her family by two little ones. Here is a snap shot of a few of our events. We look forward to what 2023 will bring!
Virtual CONFERENCE and In-Person Meet and Greet Events
We helped with a two day virtual conference for the Alzheimer’s Association. This virtual event was then followed by four in-person meet and greet events that took place around the state. We started in the Milwaukee area and then headed to Green Bay, Eau Claire, and finished in Madison. They all featured different speakers focused on research happening in the Alzheimer’s and dementia field.
Meet up events and board meetings
Our client hosted association meet up events as well as board meetings and retreats all over the state of Wisconsin. We helped plan and execute multiple events. Here are just a few photos from some of these events.
New brand reveal luncheon event
We helped our client plan a company luncheon where the CEO revealed a new company wide brand. They were able to successfully surprise the staff with a new car at the end of the lunch which was very exciting for everyone involved!

This is always a fun event for us due to an awesome attendee list, great food, lovely flowers, and great entertainment. The weather was beautiful, which always makes an outdoor event even more enjoyable!

Multi Day In-Person / Virtual Hybrid Conference
This client hosted a three day conference at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells. With multiple workshops, keynotes, movie night, and an awards show. The conference was a hybrid of in-person and virtual.
